"This State Farm office is absolutely the best of the best ... I have had such fantastic service here, and because of that, have recommended my family and friends to not only State Farm, but to this location specifically. Thank you all, for being so kind to go over the importance of carrying which insurance and why. It's not only important, it’s a necessity to be able to trust your insurance agent. They are supposed to be your safety, your cushion, when things go awry. I have watched as those close to me have been abandoned by their insurance companies, using loopholes to get out of providing help. I watched them suffer the loss of their vehicle, followed by their job, followed by financial hardship, all while having to take their “insurance” company to court for the full coverage they thought they had… (until the accident occurred, and that one item the company assured them wasn’t really necessary on their full coverage policy plan suddenly became one of their biggest issues). Sadly, after struggling through the two plus year court case, and thankfully being awarded a settlement, the damage is done. I tell everyone… everyone I know. Go to Brandon Quarterman State Farm Insurance, on Lee Road. (I have even once been to another State Farm office, and I will now never leave Brandon Quarterman). If you want to speak to an agent who is honest, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, has integrity, (will listen!), and has top rated insurance at very competitive rates… you are looking in the right place. I will never purchase anywhere else, unless I absolutely have to! Thank you all, each and every one of you, located at this office on Lee Road in Orlando. Always extremely helpful, and you have always been very understanding and gracious!"
